We built Educators Club as a recruitment platform for the education sector. Psychometric assessments added another dimension to hiring, while a gamified community gave educators and schools a place to connect, share knowledge and recognise contributions.

Schools could discover teachers, explore professional profiles and connect with potential hires. Psychometric assessments and 360-degree feedback added context beyond qualifications and experience, supporting a more informed conversation.
Recognition for contribution.
Rewards and incentives were part of the collaboration experience, giving members recognition for sharing and participating. We also offered a white-label version for organisations looking to encourage employee collaboration.
