PepsiCo
What can a fridge teach a business about gamification? For PepsiCo, we paired a hands-on simulation with marketing and IT seminars, turning an everyday task into a starting point for bigger ideas.

A property tool you can explore. A game that opens a business conversation. Design and content that remain useful years later. Here is what we contributed—and the evidence each project can honestly offer.
Three kinds of proof. Ridgeplate demonstrates our own AI and digital-product development. PepsiCo, ElGoal and Educators Club show our gamification and participation work. The 2017 WebAwards recognise website design and content for NBK and SEDCO Capital.
Those are different achievements. We state the role, context and available evidence for each, and agree a useful baseline for new engagements.

Our own business
Esotico is our luxury home décor business, bringing European home fragrance, trays, tables, textiles and gifts to customers across Canada and the United States.
The shopping experience combines curated collections with materials, dimensions and care details. Selected products also offer interactive 3D viewing, while a dedicated trade page welcomes designers, stagers and business enquiries.

Sometimes the best way to explain an idea is to let someone experience it. For PepsiCo, our starting point was wonderfully familiar: filling a fridge. We turned that everyday activity into a simulation game, giving gamification a form people could step into.
The game was one part of the conversation. In seminars for marketing and IT, we explored the thinking behind gamification and its place in a business setting.
Together, the simulation and seminars connected doing with discussing: an experience to take part in, then room to consider where the approach could lead.
That is what interests us about play. A familiar activity can open the door to a fresh conversation—provided the experience has a purpose beyond the game itself.

Make your next idea interactive

Behind every banking website is someone making a decision that matters. For National Bank of Kuwait, we brought the stature of an international bank together with the clarity its customers need: a confident visual identity, considered journeys and words that make complex services feel approachable.
Design and content had to work as one. We shaped the experience across desktop and mobile, giving the bank’s services room to breathe and its brand a clear, consistent voice. Every layout and line of copy had a job to do: help people understand what was in front of them and find their next step.
The work earned the 2017 WebAward for Bank Standard of Excellence. But the part we’re proudest of is what followed: NBK continues to use our design, with much of our original copy still doing its job. Recognition at launch. Relevance years later.
Build something with staying powerFurniture retail, from both sides of the screen
A compelling storefront brings people in. The experience behind it helps them move forward. Our work spans both.

Worldwide Furniture · Website design
Furniture shopping starts with possibility: a room, a style, a home taking shape. We designed Worldwide Furniture’s current website to bring that retail experience online.
A distinct retail identity, brought into a digital storefront that connects an Atlantic Canadian brand with its online customers.

Gallery 1 Furniture · Ecommerce integrations
Finding a piece you love is a moment of possibility. What follows should help you move closer to a decision. For Gallery 1, our work focused on ecommerce integrations and conversion-focused improvements—the less visible details that deserve just as much care as the storefront.
We worked within the existing shopping experience, concentrating on how its parts connect and where thoughtful refinements could support a purchase. Because a store’s character may start with what people see, but its usefulness depends on what they can do next.

SEDCO Capital · Award-winning website

Our website work for SEDCO Capital won two awards in the 2017 WebAward Competition: Financial Services Standard of Excellence and International Business Standard of Excellence.
The website remains in use today. Alongside NBK, it reflects an approach we bring to every project: create a clear, distinctive digital foundation with a life beyond its launch campaign.
Good design earns its place over time — through the people it informs, the business it represents, and the experience it continues to provide.
