This website describes our services and examples of our work. Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract or reserve a delivery date. Scope, fees, responsibilities, deliverables, intellectual property and support are agreed separately in writing before paid work begins. These website terms do not replace a signed project agreement.
Examples and professional review
Illustrations, prototypes and case studies provide context. Results depend on the project and are not guarantees of revenue, approvals or other outcomes. Concept designs and AI-assisted material are not construction instructions or permit approvals. Where professional review is required, the project agreement must identify the applicable responsibilities and review process.
Using the website and its materials
You may view the site and share links for personal or business evaluation of our services. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit harmful content or misrepresent ownership of its materials. Other reuse of our original text, imagery and branding requires permission unless permitted by law. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Featuring a brand does not imply an endorsement of Gamified Labs by that brand.
Our businesses and other websites
Ridgeplate and Esotico are businesses owned by Gamified Labs. Their services, purchases and data handling are described on their respective websites. Consult the applicable product or store terms before using a service or placing an order. This corporate website does not process Esotico orders or replace its shipping and returns policies.
Privacy
Our Privacy notice explains enquiry handling, necessary website services and optional analytics. Sending a project enquiry is not an opt-in to a marketing mailing list.
