Site notes, project files and quote requests can arrive in different places. We help construction businesses explore a focused AI workflow that brings the information into a draft your team can check and use.
For builders, contractors and project teams with a repeatable preparation task—and someone responsible for the finished work.
Example concept · we’ll shape yours around your goals.
Small steps. Visible progress.
Choose one handoff. Make the next step clearer.
These are possible engagements we can scope around your business. They describe workflow ideas, rather than completed client deployments or promised results.
01 / Report preparation
From scattered notes to a reviewable draft.
Bring together approved site notes, progress updates and selected project records. A pilot could organise them into a consistent draft progress report, showing the source behind each entry and leaving gaps visible.
A possible output
A draft report with source references, missing-information flags and a named review step.
02 / Quote preparation
Prepare the brief before pricing the work.
Turn an incoming enquiry and supplied scope into a structured quote brief: the requested work, available quantities, assumptions and questions still to answer. Your team supplies and approves prices, exclusions and commitments.
A possible output
A quote-preparation worksheet and draft wording for your estimator to review.
03 / Project information
Find the relevant passage, then check it.
Explore a focused search or question workflow over an agreed set of project documents. Link answers back to the source file and version, so the reviewer can confirm the detail before acting on it.
A possible output
A source-linked answer with a document reference and a route for unresolved questions.
A workflow to explore · illustrative pilot
A weekly report, with a visible review queue.
One possible pilot: preparing a weekly project update from a small, agreed set of inputs.
01
Gather
Approved site notes and project updates from the agreed reporting period.
02
Prepare
Draft sections for progress, open questions and items requiring attention.
03
Review
A project lead checks source details, corrects the draft and decides what to share.
Decide what useful means before the pilot.
Agree a starting measure such as preparation time and the number of corrections required. Test representative examples, including incomplete notes and conflicting updates, before deciding whether to expand.

Take a look inside Ridgeplate.
We build and operate Ridgeplate, our own property technology product family. Its construction cost tools demonstrate a real product you can inspect; they do not establish results for a custom reporting or quoting engagement.
Ridgeplate is in preview; purchases are not yet open. Start with the available free cost check and public sample reports to see the kind of output it offers.
An existing Ridgeplate floor-plan example. The report and quote workflows above are proposed engagement ideas.
A focused way to begin

One priority workflow and up to two stakeholder conversations
A process map, baseline or measurement plan, and review of representative examples
An explained recommendation and scope for the next step
Prices are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes and third-party software, hosting or AI usage charges. Starting scopes are described above; integrations, data quality, review needs and complexity affect the final quote. Timing begins once the agreed inputs and access are available. We confirm deliverables, timing, price and review rounds before work starts. A pilot is a learning step; production hardening and ongoing operation are scoped separately.
A few useful questions.
Can AI send quotes directly to customers?
The starting workflow described here prepares a draft. Your team reviews scope, quantities, prices, exclusions and commitments before issuing a quote. Any later automation needs its own agreed rules and acceptance checks.
Can we start with the files we already have?
We can assess representative files and your current process first. Document access, formats, version history and missing information help determine whether a useful pilot is practical.
Does this replace project or technical review?
The proposed workflows organise information and prepare drafts for review. Decisions about construction, safety, technical requirements and project commitments stay with the responsible people.
Bring a little curiosity.
Bring the task you keep rebuilding.
A report template, an example quote request or a project-information question is a useful starting point. We’ll help shape a manageable first step.
