AI for real estate businesses

Give property information
a clearer next move.

A listing starts with facts, a research question starts with sources, and a room starts with possibilities. We help real estate teams explore focused AI workflows that make those inputs easier to organise, review and discuss.

For brokerages, property businesses and teams preparing information for buyers, sellers, tenants or internal decisions.

A project, easier to understand.

Example concept · we’ll shape yours around your goals.

Small steps. Visible progress.

Three practical starting points.
One clear review step.

The workflows below are examples of engagements we can explore. Ridgeplate is our existing owned product; these custom workflows are possibilities to assess with your team.

01 / Listing information

Build the fact pack before the description.

Organise approved property details, seller-supplied information and selected documents into a structured listing pack. A pilot could draft a description from confirmed fields and flag missing or contradictory details for review.

A possible output

A source-backed fact sheet and draft listing copy for the responsible person to verify.

02 / Property research

Keep the question close to the sources.

Bring an agreed research question and a defined set of sources. Explore a brief that separates cited findings, open questions and details needing a current check, so your team can inspect the basis for the discussion.

A possible output

A research brief with source links, dates and a clearly marked follow-up list.

03 / Visual exploration

Explore a look before making a change.

Use room photographs to discuss staging or refresh ideas. A focused workflow could help collect a brief, compare visual alternatives and record what the client likes, while clearly labelling generated imagery.

A possible output

A set of labelled visual options and a review conversation about the preferred direction.

A workflow to explore · illustrative pilot

A listing pack that makes uncertainty visible.

One possible pilot: preparing a consistent information pack before a listing goes live.

  1. Collect

Approved property fields, selected documents and the team’s listing template.

  2. Assemble

Group confirmed details, draft the description and list unanswered questions.

  3. Confirm

The responsible team member checks facts and approves the copy and imagery for use.

Decide what useful means before the pilot.

Start with a representative set of properties. Compare preparation time, factual corrections and unanswered questions against the current process. The review decides whether the workflow is useful enough to develop further.

Take a look inside Ridgeplate.

Ridgeplate is our own product family, with tools for property research, planning, cost exploration and room visualisation. You can inspect a research report or explore a studio before discussing a separate engagement for your business.

Ridgeplate is in preview; purchases are not yet open. Start with the available free cost check and public sample reports to see the kind of output it offers.

Our NBK website design and content and PepsiCo gamification engagement show different contributions. Those projects are separate from the AI workflow examples on this page.

A few useful questions.

Can a listing draft be published without review?

The workflow described here prepares material for approval. Property facts, wording, image labels and the suitability of the final listing need review by the responsible person before publication.

Is property research a valuation?

The proposed workflow organises research and its sources for a defined question. It does not provide a professional valuation or replace project-specific financial, legal or other professional advice.

Are room visuals a record of the existing property?

Generated alternatives illustrate a possible look. They need clear labels, and the original photographs should remain available for comparison. A visual alternative is not a measured plan or a record of completed work.
