Gamified Labs

AI for Learning & Participation Teams

Give learning preparation
a useful next step.

Learning experiences need clear material, meaningful choices and room for feedback. We help teams explore AI workflows for preparation and review, alongside our established gamification and participation work.

These are proposed engagements to assess with your team. They are separate from the completed design, retail and gamification work described below.

01 / A possible workflow

Learning-material preparation

Organise approved source material into a draft session outline, with references back to the original content. A subject specialist checks accuracy, audience fit and what the session should help people do.

02 / A possible workflow

Scenario drafting

Explore practice scenarios around an agreed learning objective. Review the choices, explanations and difficulty before using the activity with participants. A generated scenario is a starting point for an educator or facilitator.

03 / A possible workflow

Feedback summaries

Group an agreed set of participant feedback into a reviewable summary. Keep examples available for the reviewer, make limitations visible and avoid turning a summary into an unsupported judgement about individual learners.

Small steps. Visible progress.

Put review inside the workflow.

Agree one learning objective and a representative set of examples. Ask a subject specialist to review drafts and test instructions with the intended audience. Evaluate usefulness against the objective, rather than treating completion as proof of learning.

What our existing work shows

Experience with a clear contribution.

For PepsiCo, our work combined a fridge-filling simulation game with seminars for marketing and IT. That is gamification and seminar work, not a claimed AI deployment. Our public burger challenge is a separate interactive showcase you can try; it does not establish a client learning outcome.

Choose a clear first scope.

Start with an assessment at CAD $2,000 fixed, a pilot from CAD $6,500, or a custom build from CAD $17,500. Compare the deliverables, indicative timing and pricing conditions before choosing your next step.

Bring the learning task behind the idea.

One example and a person who can review the output are useful places to start.
