Client engagement · PepsiCo

Experience the idea.
Then explore its possibilities.

An everyday activity became a practical way into a business conversation. For PepsiCo, we paired a fridge-filling simulation game with seminars for marketing and IT.

01 / The challenge

What needed a useful form?

Give gamification a form people could experience and discuss in a business setting. A familiar activity—filling a fridge—provided the starting point for that conversation.

02 / Our contribution

What we brought to it.

We created a simulation game around filling a fridge and delivered seminars for marketing and IT. The engagement connected hands-on participation with discussion of gamification and its possible business applications.

03 / The evidence

What you can inspect.

The available portfolio evidence describes the simulation and seminar scope. The artwork below illustrates the engagement; it is not the original game interface. This case does not claim measured learning, adoption or commercial outcomes.

Put the idea
in their hands.

Sometimes the best way to explain an idea is to let someone experience it. For PepsiCo, our starting point was wonderfully familiar: filling a fridge. We turned that everyday activity into a simulation game, giving gamification a form people could step into.

The game was one part of the conversation. In seminars for marketing and IT, we explored the thinking behind gamification and its place in a business setting.

Together, the simulation and seminars connected doing with discussing: an experience to take part in, then room to consider where the approach could lead.

That is what interests us about play. A familiar activity can open the door to a fresh conversation—provided the experience has a purpose beyond the game itself.

Make an idea easier to experience.

Bring the behaviour, audience or learning challenge you want to explore. We can discuss an interactive format and how to assess its usefulness.
